Dates assume mid-month formation; for rules tied to your exact formation date, use the day you registered.
What happens if you miss it
Most states add a late fee first. If the Annual statement stays unfiled, the state can mark your LLC as not in good standing and eventually dissolve it, which can cost you liability protection and your business name.
